I was just browsing Style.com this morning and came across this slideshow for the shoulder cutout, or cold shoulder, trend on the runways and on the streets. There is definitely and Right and a Wrong way to a cold shoulder (i.e. 90's biker tank tops) but I think these photos pretty much nailed it.
